- First, arrange with Peter a suitable time to meet at your home or online (via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp etc)
- Next you’ll complete a health form & agree realistic short, medium & long term goals
- Finally, Peter will conduct an initial fitness assessment at your home, to include: Blood Pressure, Electronic Weight & Body Fat Test, Lung Function, 3 Min Step Fitness Test, Postural Analysis, Baseline Visual Assessment Photos (men in shorts, women in swim suit) for visual before & after progress (optional)
Now you’re good to go, Peter will prescribe a programme to suit your exercise preferences, goals, age & medical status.
In-home & online sessions include: Kettlebells, Kick Boxercise (pad work), Yoga, ViPR, TRX Suspension Training, Circuit Training & Chair Based Exercise
Diet Coaching Induction
- In-home Weight and Body Fat Test (electronic scales)
- 3 Day Food Diary Assessment
- Kitchen Questionnaire
- Client Information Sheet
- Baseline Visual Assessment Photos (men in shorts, women in swim suit) for visual before & after progress (optional).
This information will determine the approach & strategy I’ll prescribe for you to achieve your maximum potential. I’ll also provide you with info graphics on portion sizes, super foods check lists, limiting factors to weight loss & tips to overcome them with behaviour goals.
Reassessments To Review Your Progress
With regular reviews on your weight, body fat, visual assessments, adherence & fitness goals, you’ll be given feedback on all aspects of your performance.
Achievement certificates for meeting your weight loss targets will reward you with increased motivation.
