"Since having two children (who are now grown up!), I had never been able to get my weight and figure back. It seemed like I was forever on a diet and even with daily walking, an exercise bike and cross trainer, the weight never seemed to shift.

I began a course of personal training in September 2009. Peter made me understand that 95% of diets fail and he steadily introduced me instead to a program of healthy eating and kettle bell training.

Initially sceptical about kettle bells, I did some research and found out that in fact they have been raved about on GMTV and in Men's Health and are in fact the secret of the Hollywood celebrities! Well if I was to train like a celebrity then I was keen to see fast results and I wasn't disappointed!

Almost immediately my shape began changing. Within 3 months I had lost a stone of body fat and 4 dress sizes, going from a size 18 - 12. My muscles had become toned and athletic, like a swimmer's, not manly and muscular as I had feared. Peter explained that this was due to kettle bells working all the bodies' muscles and in all the major ways, cardiovascular, core and resistance. In fact studies I have read about conducted at universities in America have concluded that you can burn 1000 calories an hour, as many as 5 miles of running!

The results have paid off and I am in better shape than I have been for over 30 years and most important of all, I have had fun doing it!

Peter is kind and considerate to his client's needs and I would thoroughly recommend his personal training to anyone who has been unsuccessful with diets and other training methods."

"With a desk bound job and children to take care off, my weight has slowly crept up over the years. Always self - conscious of walking into gyms, I finally took the plunge and hired a personal trainer to exercise with me at my home. I was very nervous at working with a male trainer and didn't know if I was going to be tortured into submission.
